The actual release date of the pre-ordered goods depends on the final issuance decision of the supplier/manufacturer, and is also subject to the delivery arrangement of the logistics service provider. Please understand that these factors are not within the control of the company.

If the pre-ordered product is still not shipped within 6 months after the actual release date, please contact us to arrange a follow-up.

如預訂貨品於確實日期推出後6個月內，該預訂產品仍未能寄出，客人可聯絡本公司安排後續跟進。

Product packaging and carton boxes are solely for packaging and delivery (regardless of material used), these are not considered as parts or components of the product itself.
