Return Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE


We offer a 7 Days exchange or return policy, please read and follow the policy below.

 

1.     Email enquiry@secretweapon.com.hk with the following information to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization Number within 7 days of parcel receipt.

-      16-digit Purchase Confirmation Number as printed on the invoice

-      product code and description of the return item 

-      state your reasons of return 

 

2.    Tick the item you are returning and enter the RMA Number on the Return Form.

 

3.    Check that the item is properly packed with all original packaging, price tag and security tag.

 

4.    Place this Return From in the box and seal it properly.

 

5.   Prepare the courier form packed inside the parcel and arrange for pick up within 7 days after receipt of your RMA number using the courier hotlines as printed on the invoice.

 

6.    We will be in touch after evaluating the returned item to confirm the refund details.

 

7.   Customers will take full responsibility for the returns, including the shipping fee.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not properly packed, security tag removed and delivered in poor condition.

 

8.    Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

 

9.    For merchandise exchange, it is recommended you follow the above return procedures and re-purchase after the refund.

 

10. All sale, discounted and promotional items, including any discounts and promotion codes used items are not eligible for return or exchange.  

 

11. Please note that refunds can take up to 20-30 working days to show on your account due to the varying processing times between payment providers.

 

12. Should the returned item be deemed not to be in its original condition, Secret Weapon reserves  the right to return the item to the sender at the sender’s cost.   For overseas purchase, the sender will be responsible for all taxes and or duties imposed by the customs authorities for any return of goods to Secret Weapon.

 

13. Secret Weapon does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit and it is strongly recommended that you visit our store or use a reputable logistics.

 

14.  Secret Weapon reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange.
